Corporate Gifting – Order Cancellation, Refund, Replacement & Resolution Policy
This policy governs all corporate gifting and customized jewelry orders placed with Ssavi GNJ Exports. By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Order Confirmation, Acceptance & Ownership
An order shall be considered confirmed only upon:
- Receipt of an official order confirmation from Ssavi GNJ Exports.
- Confirmation of payment (full payment, advance payment, or mutually agreed payment terms).
Once the order is confirmed, a designated representative from Ssavi GNJ Exports may be assigned to coordinate and manage the order process.
All order-related communication should be conducted through the official communication channels shared by Ssavi GNJ Exports.
Ssavi GNJ Exports shall not be responsible for instructions, changes, or commitments communicated through unauthorized channels.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Cancellation requests must:
- Be submitted via email.
- Include the order details and reason for cancellation.
- Be acknowledged by Ssavi GNJ Exports.
Cancellation requests will not be accepted if:
- Submitted after 24 hours of order confirmation.
- Production, customization, sourcing, engraving, printing, or manufacturing has commenced.
- Raw materials have been procured specifically for the order.
After 24 Hours
All orders shall be treated as final and non-cancellable, especially in the case of:
- Customized corporate gifts
- Personalized products
- Customized jewelry
- Bulk manufacturing orders
- Made-to-order products
3. Cancellation Charges
Approved cancellations may be subject to cancellation charges.
Charges may vary depending upon:
- Order value
- Quantity ordered
- Level of customization
- Production status
- Material procurement status
Any applicable cancellation charges shall be deducted before processing a refund.
The assessment made by Ssavi GNJ Exports regarding cancellation charges shall be final.
4. Refund Policy
As most products supplied by Ssavi GNJ Exports are customized and manufactured specifically for individual clients, refunds are limited.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered if:
- The order is cancelled within the permitted cancellation period.
- The order has not entered production or customization.
- Cancellation has been approved by Ssavi GNJ Exports.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds shall:
- Be processed through the original payment method.
- Be initiated after applicable deductions, if any.
- Be completed within 7–10 business days from approval.
Non-Refundable Orders
Refunds shall not be available for:
- Customized products
- Personalized jewelry
- Logo-branded products
- Printed or engraved items
- Bulk orders already under production
- Orders cancelled after the allowed cancellation period
- Change of mind after order confirmation
5. Replacement & Resolution Policy
Since most products are customized and manufactured specifically for each client, replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If a customer encounters any issue with an order, they must notify Ssavi GNJ Exports as soon as possible after delivery.
Eligibility for Review
Customers may be required to provide:
- Photographs
- Videos
- Delivery documentation
- Product details
- Order reference information
Resolution Options
Upon verification, Ssavi GNJ Exports may, at its sole discretion:
- Provide a replacement
- Offer a repair or correction
- Provide partial support
- Reject the claim if found invalid
The resolution method shall be determined solely by Ssavi GNJ Exports.
6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product is received damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved specifications, the customer must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
All claims shall be reviewed and verified before any action is taken.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ssavi GNJ Exports shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by logistics or courier partners.
- Minor color variations due to screen settings or photography.
- Variations inherent in handmade or customized products.
- Incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
8. Communication & Documentation
For any cancellation requests, modifications, claims, or support requirements, customers must communicate through official channels.
Only written communication acknowledged by Ssavi GNJ Exports shall be considered valid.
Verbal discussions, unverified messages, or unofficial communications shall not be considered binding.
9. Intellectual Property & Customized Designs
Any logos, artwork, designs, trademarks, or branding provided by the customer remain the responsibility of the customer.
The customer confirms that they possess all necessary rights and permissions to use such materials.
Ssavi GNJ Exports shall not be held liable for any intellectual property disputes arising from customer-provided content.
10. Governing Terms
Ssavi GNJ Exports reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of the latest version of this policy.
In the event of any dispute or ambiguity regarding the interpretation of this policy, the decision of Ssavi GNJ Exports shall be considered final and binding.
