All quotations provided by Ssavi GNJ Exports are:
- Subject to product availability.
- Valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation.
- Based on the specifications, quantities, and customization requirements provided by the customer.
Prices may be revised without prior notice due to changes in material costs, production requirements, taxes, shipping charges, or other business factors.
3. Order Confirmation
An order shall be considered confirmed only when:
- The customer approves the quotation and design specifications.
- Required payment or advance payment has been received.
- Ssavi GNJ Exports confirms acceptance of the order.
Ssavi GNJ Exports reserves the right to refuse or decline any order at its sole discretion.
4. Customization & Design Approval
For customized products, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs, artwork, specifications, logos, spellings, dimensions, colors, and other details before production begins.
Once approval is received:
- Production may commence immediately.
- Changes may not be possible.
- Additional charges may apply for modifications requested after approval.
Ssavi GNJ Exports shall not be responsible for errors that were approved by the customer during the design approval process.
5. Intellectual Property
Any logos, trademarks, artwork, designs, branding materials, or content provided by the customer remain the customer’s responsibility.
By providing such materials, the customer confirms that:
- They possess the necessary rights and permissions.
- The materials do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
Ssavi GNJ Exports shall not be liable for any claims arising from customer-provided content.
6. Production & Delivery Timelines
Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Order quantity
- Customization requirements
- Material availability
- Approval delays
- Logistics and shipping conditions
While every effort will be made to meet agreed timelines, Ssavi GNJ Exports shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery dates provided are estimates only.
Risk and responsibility for products shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the designated address or handover to the shipping partner.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect information.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests shall be governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Corporate Gifting Policy.
Customized, personalized, engraved, printed, or made-to-order products are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has commenced.
Approved cancellations may be subject to applicable deductions and administrative charges.
9. Product Variations
Due to the nature of manufacturing, printing, engraving, and handcrafted products, minor variations may occur in:

Such variations shall not be considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
10. Product Inspection & Claims
Customers are encouraged to inspect products immediately upon receipt.
Any claims regarding:

- Incorrect items
must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photographs or documentation.
Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ssavi GNJ Exports shall not be liable for:

- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Delays caused by third-party service providers
- Customer-provided errors or inaccuracies
- Force majeure events
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
